PayPrint Client application
When you have finished processing the payroll, you start the PayPrint client application, select the payroll you wish to retrieve information from, authenticate yourself with your payroll username and password and then start the retrieval. Once the data is retrieved, the number of employees is confirmed and then the client application securely transmits it to the PayPrint website. The data transferred is securely packaged and transmitted using the highest level of SSL encryption.
 
             
 
Employee PayData site
If you have selected the online payslip option for your employees, they will be able to log on to our PayData site and view their payslips online (current and historical payslips). For security the site is agail SSL encrypted to ensure no information can be intercepted over the internet. As with most secure systems, the most likely point of failure is the employee username and password. To ensure an employee’s username is unique, the NI number is used. The password is case sensative and requires alphnumeric characters. We guarantee that as long as an employee keeps their password and PC secure, from the moment they log on, the information they are able to view is confidential.
 
PayPrint Managment System
The heart of the process is the PayPrint managment system. Once the data has been received it is imported into the PayPrint database initiating an automated email informing you that the data is ready for verification. You can then log into the PMS and confirm the data is correct (you can check total values or drill down to each employee, the level of verification is up to you). Once the data is verified, it gets tagged for processing.
 
Pay Data Processing
The processing of the data is basically outputting it, or making it available to the media you require. If you have selected it to be output to printed payslips, PayPrint will automatically print it to the payslip format you require (selected in the PMS system). If you have selected the payslip data to ba available to your employees over the internet, the payslip information will now be viewable by the employee. You can of course, have both options to ensure your employees have an online backup of their payslips.
